Albanian Theme night at C.O.R.

Here is Ibadete, presenting some of the food at our "Albanian theme night" and the food tasted amazing!!!
There was a lot of different dishes.
Mantia, Sarma, Skenderbeg, Long, Shope salad and many other.
Ibadete is working in the cold kitchen and is really good at decorating buffet's and courses for functions.
She is wearing a local Albanian folk dress.
