Muhamet goes to Dubai
Muhamet recently applied for a job as a mechanic in Dubai.
He went to a few interviews and scored very high points.
Today they let him know that the job was his.
Now starting with the long procedures of visum and all, he hopes to start in Dubai in a few months or 3 and we wish him good luck.
Congratulations!!!

Big BBQ in COR.
We have our first big BBQ in the camp with Team 16.
We have guest's from Sweden, Portogal France, USA, Irland & Greece + our own Danish Batalion.
Right at this moment "ZOO TV" a U2 coverband is playing, and the soldiers are cheering!
In a few minutes we will "go civil", open a few beers and enjoy the music.

Yesterday my sister arrived in Kosovo, she had a few minutes with Henrik Nordin in Pristina Airport, then he flew to Sweden.
She is gonna stay until sunday afternoon, and will enjoy our great Easter sunday Brunch buffet before she goes.
No Per,your flight has not been canceld!

Wife's visit
My lovely wife was visiting for 7 days and we had a great time... Driving in Kosovo and Macedonia Per
Mysherefe & Sebahate
Mysherefe & Sebahate is our 2 female cooks, here preparing "Mantia" for 300 persons.
Mantia is a local beef mince with chili and other, packed in pastry.
Viking feast - Piglet BBQ
Here is Blerim alias "The Butch"
He is grillin' 2 piglet's, he starts at 10.00 and is finished
at around 18.00.
The Viking Feast is Grilled Piglet, Potatosalad, mix.salad
Garlic butter, flute and a good marinade for the pig.

Albanian Theme night at C.O.R.
Here is Ibadete, presenting some of the food at our "Albanian theme night" and the food tasted amazing!!!
There was a lot of different dishes.
Mantia, Sarma, Skenderbeg, Long, Shope salad and many other.
Ibadete is working in the cold kitchen and is really good at decorating buffet's and courses for functions.
She is wearing a local Albanian folk dress.
